Privacy policy

I. Initial provisions.

  1. Tubądzin Management Group Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Cedrowice-Parcela respects everyone's fundamental right to privacy. Tubądzin Management Group Sp. z o.o. attaches particular importance to ensuring confidentiality and protection of personal data processed by it, and makes every effort to ensure that the processing of such data is compliant with the provisions of law, and respects the fundamental rights and freedoms of the persons to whom the data pertains.
  2. This privacy policy of the website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") sets out the principles for collecting, processing and using personal data, as well as information about cookies used on the Website.
  3. The Administrator of the personal data collected through the Website is "Tubądzin Management Group" Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Cedrowice-Parcela (address: Cedrowice-Parcela 11, 95-035 Ozorków), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000286217, NIP 732-20-83-952, REGON 100383200, e-mail:, (hereinafter: "Administrator").
  4. The term "User" shall mean, depending on the context, a person using the services provided by the Controller or a person wishing to use these services or an Internet user accessing the Website.

II. Personal data processing

  1. Personal data on the Website are processed by the Controller in accordance with generally applicable legislation, including in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council as of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the freedom of movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: "GDPR").
  2. Personal data provided by the User as part of the use of the Website may be processed:

a) in order to pursue the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in the form of providing an answer to a question addressed via the contact form (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);

b) for the purpose of sending marketing information about products, for the purpose of sending a newsletter (containing marketing and information materials), to the e-mail address provided by the User (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - the Data Controller's legitimate interest in the form of conducting direct marketing of its own products or services. Conducting direct marketing of own products in the form of sending e-mails will be possible once the User has given his consent under the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic provision of services;

  1. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to fulfill the purposes specified above.
  2. Personal data will be processed for the time necessary to respond to the inquiry via the contact form, and after that time - in the scope and within the period of the statute of limitations of claims; in the case of data processing for the purpose of direct marketing of own products - until objection to their processing is made, and after that time - in the scope and within the period of the statute of limitations of claims;

The User has the right to access his/her personal data and the right to rectify, erase and restrict their processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of the data carried out on the basis of legally justified purpose of the Controller. Detailed rules for exercising the above rights are indicated in Articles 15-21 of the GDPR.
  4. The User has the right to lodge a complaint if they consider that the processing of data by the Personal Data Controller violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  5. A User whose data is processed by the Controller on the basis of an expressed consent has the right to withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.
  6. For the proper functioning of the Website it is necessary for the Controller to use the services provided by external entities. The Controller only uses the services of such processors who provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures so that the processing meets the requirements of the GDPR and protects the rights of data subjects.
  7. The Website uses plug-ins and other tools provided by social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and Google. By displaying which contains such a plug-in, the User's browser will establish a direct connection to the servers of the social networks administrators (service providers). The content of the plug-in is transmitted by the respective service provider directly to the User's browser and integrated into the website. The social networks receive information that the User's browser has displayed the Website, even if the User does not have a profile on the social network. The information (along with relevant IP address) is sent by the browser directly to the server of the social network and is stored there. In case of a User who is logged in to an account at a social network, the owner of the social network will be able to directly associate the access to the website with the User's profile at the given social network.

III. Cookie policy

  1. In respect of the use of the Website, "cookies" are collected. Cookies are computer data stored as text files which may contain personal data in the form of IP address and unique device identifier stored in the file. Cookies are stored on the Website User's terminal equipment and enable use of individual functions of the Website; these are used to improve usage of the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from and a unique number.
  2. Cookies are used in order to:

a) adjust the content of websites to the User's preferences and optimise the use of websites; in particular, these files allow the Website User's device to be recognised and the website to be properly displayed, adjusted to the User's individual preferences;

b) create statistics which help understand how users of the Website use websites, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content;

The Website uses the following types of "cookies": "session" (temporary files that are stored in the User's terminal equipment until leaving the website or switching off the web browser), "permanent" ("cookies" are stored in the User's terminal equipment for the time specified in the parameters of "cookies" or until they are deleted by the User".

The legal basis for the collection of personal data read from "cookies" is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR allowing the processing of personal data for the purposes of carrying out a legitimate interest of the Data Controller. Such purpose is to adjust the Website to the User's individual settings and to save the data entered by the User related to the use of the Website, as well as to conduct statistical and analytical analyses related to the Users accessing the Website and to operate social plug-ins.

These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of "cookies" in the settings of a web browser or inform on their timely placement in the device of the Website User.   5. Users have the right to delete data obtained through the use of "cookies", to object to their processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (supervisory authority).

IV. Final provisions

  1. The Website may contain links to websites that operate independently. The Controller recommends that when accessing other websites, one should familiarise oneself with the privacy policy established there.
  2. The Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy by posting the new one on the Website with due notice.
