Luminous, transparent and multidimensional - explore the stunning large-format tiles from the Onice collection by Tubądzin . The designers at TU_collective reached for a subtle variation of onyx this time. Soft white and shades of pink are reminiscent of the sky waking up at dawn.
With the sky sparkling in soft shades of pink and the first rays of the sun scattering the darkness - the Onice collection creates cosy, peaceful interiors, evoking a new day and new possibilities. Each tile is a unique work of art. It rediscovers the diversity and ambiguity of onyx.
In case of the Onice collection we managed to capture not only the multi-layered nature of the mineral, but especially its transparency. It makes the texture of the panels splendidly brighten in the sunlight and receive extraordinary depth, again and again evoking images of a misty morning.

Onyx is a mineral that can decorate any interior in an alluring and elegant way. The exquisiteness of onyx in the Onice collection, like that of a natural mineral, presents itself most fully with proper lighting.
Onyx has many colours and shades. Its most beautiful pastel varieties have colours of powder pink, turning to amaranth, and milky white similar to the shade of pearl. They create subtle shifts in tones in an excellent way. However, what charms and attracts ones eye the most is the transparency and exceptional luminosity.
Onyx - a light-loving stone
The unusual structure of the mineral and its high translucency allow for an imaginative play with light - all these elements have been captured in the new Onice collection. Each tile was made using a special technique, which involves placing semi-transparent layers on top of each other, along with delicate offsets. The coating surrounding the tiles has been covered with granilla, which when polished provides a highly vitreous effect. She emphasized its three-dimensionality and the spaciousness of the design. The large-format porcelain is available in 120 x 240, 120 x 120 and 60 x 120 cm sizes.
