Public facilities, but also private interiors - the contestants presented a variety of approaches to the theme, in the special category CultureFORM. The common denominator of virtually all submitted works is the natural use of cultural heritage. The achievements of past generations are seamlessly intertwined with the needs of modern societies.

The authors of the submitted works proved that it is culture that shapes the way we think about the world, broadens our horizons, creates values and provides important emotions. The jury selected the winner, and the competition organizer also awarded an extra two honourable mentions.

In the first stage of the competition, the winning entry was "A Garden House In Faraashaah." Ziba Azar highlights a unique site located at the gates of the desert, near the city of Yazd in Iran. The design of the house refers to a rural landscape. The body uses domes and arches, kept in earthy colours. As a result, it blends coherently into its surroundings. The author abandoned the traditional linear building plan and replaced it with a free-flowing layout. As a result, it was possible to create spaces that match the lifestyle of modern villagers. The construction allows to make room for the formation of a garden on a small plot of land. A multifunctional space has been created on the first floor, which can be rented out to tourists, for example, as one way to improve the economic situation of residents. Cultural heritage is intertwined with the participation of the local community in creating a built environment consistent with the site.

Kamila Warda's New Mariupol project presents the concept of an open stage in a steel structure. Seen from above, it alludes to the industrial character of the city while combining manufacturing and living. The auditorium space includes stone benches in a radial arrangement. The stage is integrated with the audience. It is a place full of light and space so that participants can immerse themselves in the stimuli provided by the environment.
