How should I maintain my polished- and satin-finish tiles?
If the manufacturer has not expressly stated so on the packaging, the tiles do not require additional impregnation. For surface cleaning and care purposes we recommend to use only mild abrasive-free detergents supplied by renowned manufacturers. Special-purpose certified detergents from renowned manufacturers of construction chemicals will do just fine. These should be used only according to the recommendations on the packaging. Do not write on polished and satin-finished tiles with markers, pens, pencils, ink and other strong penetrating dyes. Stains should not be cleaned with tools that can cause scratches, such as metal spatulas.
