Since the beginning of the pandemic outbreak, the Tubądzin Group and the Tubądzin Foundation have been involved in helping medical units in the Łódź Voivodeship to provide their staff with sanitary materials necessary for work. The visors and masks have just been delivered to other institutions.
Thanks to the company's commitment, an additional 23,500 surgical masks and 1,300 visors are already being used by medical staff in hospitals, firefighters during rescue operations and personnel in a Nursing Home in the Łódź Voivodeship. The Tubądzin Group expects further deliveries of materials necessary for sanitary services, uniformed services or care facilities, which will be delivered to them in the first half of May.
Moreover, in mid-March, the Tubądzin Foundation donated two ventilators, together with the necessary oxygen cylinders, to the Primate Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Hospital in Sieradz. Subsequently, the Tubądzin Group got involved in a nationwide aid campaign "We are helping together", as part of which it donated, for instance, surgical masks and visors to the Nursing Home in Sieradz
The company also delivered masks and visors to district commanders of the State Fire Service in Sieradz, which were given to the firefighters of the State Fire Service and Voluntary Fire Service in the Sieradz county and the entire voivodeship. This equipment will be used during operations, especially in actions involving quarantined individuals.
The Tubądzin Group also purchased surgical masks for the "Polish Mother's Memorial Hospital" in Łódź, one of the largest highly specialized medical centres in Poland . The masks and visors were also sent to , to the Mikołaj Kopernik Hospital in Łódź. Two weeks earlier, the hospital in Łódź received the first batch of materials from the company. Masks were also donated to the Health Care Complex in Łęczyca. All materials were recently delivered by Artur Wieczorek, Chief Procurement Specialist on behalf of Ceramika Tubądzin.
