The basis for processing personal data is the Administrator's legitimate interest - Art. 6(1)(f) of the Regulation - i.e. sending commercial information in the form of Newsletters - exclusively for marketing own services, whereby in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Rendering Electronic Services and the Telecommunications Law the Administrator requires additional consent to use the communication channel provided. The data may also be processed in order to establish, assert and secure potential claims and to defend against such claims, related to the Administrator's marketing activities - pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation.
Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to receive commercial information from the Administrator in the form of the Newsletter.
The recipients of your personal data will be only the entities to which the Administrator is obliged to transfer the data on the basis of applicable laws and entities supporting the Administrator in their current activities - only on the basis of a personal data process agreement concluded and with the assurance of the application by the entities of adequate technical and organisational measures to ensure data protection.
Personal data will be processed for the period of implementation of the aforementioned purposes with systematic control of their further usefulness until you withdraw or revoke your consent, if any, and then for the period necessary to secure potential claims related to the data processing.
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict their processing, to object to their processing, to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
The data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if he/she considers that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of generally applicable law.
Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organisation. Your data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
