Tubądzin Design Awards

Acting in accordance with art. 13 item 1 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJEU.L.2016.119.1), hereinafter referred to as: "GDPR", we inform you that:

1.	The Administrator of your personal data is Tubądzin Management Group Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Cedrowice, Parcela 11, 95-035 Ozorków.
2.	In any matters regarding the processing of your personal data, you should contact the Data Protection Officer at the following e-mail address: tubadzin@tubadzin.pl.
3.	Your personal data are to be processed only for the following purposes:
•	to participate in the Tubądzin Design Awards project, including the Competition;
•	to send commercial information, provided that a relevant consent is given (art. 6 item 1 letter a) of the GDPR).
4.	Your personal data are to be processed until you withhold your consent, and then for the period necessary to secure any claims related to data processing.
5.	Your personal data are to be made available only to entities to which the Administrator is obliged to provide data pursuant to the applicable provisions of law.
6.	You have the right to access, amend and delete your personal data as well as the right to restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to transfer your personal data, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, the right to withhold your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time without affecting the legality of the processing which is performed under the consent prior to its withdrawal.
7.	You have the right to lodge a complaint whenever you believe that the processing of data violates the provisions of the GDPR. Such complaint should be lodged with the supervisory authority which is to be from May 25, 2018 on the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
8.	The provision of your personal data is voluntary yet necessary to provide the service.

I hereby confirm that I have read the Rules of the Competition and accept the provisions contained therein. *

I consent to the processing of my personal data provided in the registration form by the Company Tubądzin Management Group Sp. z o.o. for the purpose of carrying out the project Tubądzin Design Awards, including the Competition. This consent is voluntary but necessary to enter the Competition. I have the right to review and correct my data, as well as revoke this consent at any time. *

I hereby grant permission for the publication of my details, i.e. first name (names) and last name, on the Website of the Competition and on the Tubądzin Company's Facebook profile (www.facebook.com/GrupaTubadzin) in case I becom a stage winner and/or the final winner. Not granting the above permission does not exclude participation in the Compatition, nor does it deprive of the rights to obtain a prize.
